Sometimes when troubleshooting in CAVO®, it will be necessary to clear your browsing data. This removes stored history and cookies from your browser, allowing it to refresh with the most updated information.
Keyboard Shortcut
You can clear your browsing data using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del. This will take you directly to the menu in a new window.
In the Time range drop-down menu, select All time. Then check the following boxes:
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Then click the Clear data button to save.
After following these steps, return to the CAVO® tab in your browser and hit F5 on your keyboard.
Manually Navigating to Browsing History in Chrome
To clear your browsing data without using the keyboard shortcut, select the icon with three dots in the top right corner of your screen and then click Settings.
On the left, click on Privacy and security and then select Clear browsing data.
