Editing Lines

To edit the OCR data captured in a line, simply double-click into the cell you wish to edit and enter the correct data.

While editing, hitting Tab will move your cursor to the next cell quickly. Alternatively, hitting shift+tab will move the cursor backward to edit the previous cell.

Edit's made to a low confidence cell updates the Confidence Score to 100, and the red disappears.

Qty, Unit Cost, and Charge Calculations

The following formula is applied to Quantity, Unit Cost, and Charge: Quantity x Unit Cost = Charge. This formula automatically recalculates when new data is received. For example, editing the Charge will update the Unit Cost and vice versa. Additionally, editing a Quantity will automatically update the Unit Cost for that line item.

Editing Multiple Lines at Once (Bulk Editing)

The IB Module's bulk editor allows you to edit multiple IB fields simultaneously.

Selecting rows to edit

Using the checkboxes located in the first column, select each of the lines you want to edit. To select all rows currently filtered, select the checkbox located in the top blue header bar.

Once multiple lines have been checked, select Bulk Actions located at the bottom-left corner of the IB Module. In the menu, under the Edit header, select Line Items. (Note: the number of lines selected will be displayed in parenthesis).

Selecting the field to edit

Click on a field name to enter the new value that will be applied to all selected lines. Click + Add Field for each additional field you wish to update. To cancel a bulk edit on a field, click the trash can to the right of field. Enter the new values and click Save and Close.

Note: If you wish to clear out the OCR'd contents of the rev code or codes columns, you can use the bulk editor and leave the rev code and code fields blank and then hit Save and close.

Editing Only the Day, Month, or Year of DOS

The bulk editor also allows you to update only the day, month, or year of lines while maintaining the OCR'd value of the DOS fields you didn't enter. In the example below, I update only the year and the IB Module retains the OCR'd day and month.
