Available Export Formats
There are three different exports available in the IB Module:
Worksheet - Exports into a formatted .xls document that includes the following separated tabs: Charges, Adjustments, Denied Days, and Adjustments by Revcode. Charges contains the original charges in the IB. Adjustments contains rows adjusted in the IB without any additional formatting. Denied Days displays the adjustments from denied days. Adjustments by Revcode groups and totals IB adjustments by Revcode.
Charges - Exports all of the Charges listed in the IB into a .csv format.
Adjustments - Exports all of the Adjustments from that case into a .csv format.
How to Export
Click the Export button at the bottom left of the IB tab.
A new menu opens, listing the export options. Choose Worksheet, Charges, or Adjustments, depending upon your preferred file type.
