CAVO® Connect allows users to securely view medical records as well as copy documents from a provider's electronic medical record directly into the CAVO® Library, eliminating the need for fax or physical transfer.
Accessing CAVO® Connect
Click on the EMR button under the CAVO® logo in the top left of the Library and then click Search.
In the facility field, begin typing the desired facility's name and select it from the drop-down.
Next, enter the patient's first name, last name, date of birth, and click Search.
Select the correct patient and then the relevant encounter.
Browse the various tabs across the top to locate the information you need. Note that some tabs may not contain any information based on what is available in the provider's EMR.
Some headings have sub-tabs with additional information that also allow you to toggle between list view and graph view depending on the data sets.
Some tabs offer a quick filter search bar to locate the needed information quickly.
Adding Documents to CAVO® Library
Check the boxes next to the documents and click the + sign at the bottom of the page.
The documents have been added to the library and are now ready for review.
