Learn how to change your password

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it for any other reason, you can click Forgot Password from the main login page.

On the following screen, enter your username and click Reset Password. In most cases, your username is your company email address.

Check your email for a message from the CAVO® Support Team. This email will contain a link to complete the process. If the email is not in your main inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder. While you are at it, train your email to not treat messages from CAVO® as Spam or Junk.

Your password's security requirements are set by your organization. As you begin entering your password, a pop-up will list your organization's password requirements. Once you have entered your new password twice, click the right arrow.

Change Your Password

You can also change your password from the CAVO® home screen. To do so, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of CAVO and select Preferences.

In the preferences modal, enter your new password and click Save.

Change Your Password (for Supervisors)

You can also change your password from the CAVO® home screen. To do so, click the three lines to the left of the CAVO logo in the top left corner of the home screen. From the drop-down menu, select Users. 

Once the User modal is open, you can update your name, contact info, and change your password. Changing the password is done by clicking the lock above the Password text box.

Once you have entered your new password, click Save.
