Firewall Settings

CAVO® needs access to outside resources to function properly

The following is a list of ports and URLs that CAVO® uses. Please ensure that your users are allowed to access these URL's through your firewall.

URLs

  1. *.cavo.io  the main CAVO® application 

  2. *.auth0.com SSO delgation

  3. *.intercom.io  access to our support system

  4. intercomcdn.com  access to our support system

  5. *.vimeo.com  access to our video tutorials

  6. *.smarteru.com  access to our eLearning platform

Ports

  • 80 and 443 for all URLs listed above

  • 1433 and 1434 for SQL connections

If Cavo needs to pick up documents from your SFTP server, please grant access to the following addresses:

  • Advent VPN Server: vpn.adventhp.com 

  • Advent EDI Server: edi.cavo.io 

  • CAVO SFTP Server sftp.cavo.io 

If your organization needs to deliver documents to our SFTP server, please grant access to the following address via port 22:

  • CAVO SFTP server: sftp.cavo.io
