Renaming a Case

Learn how to rename a case in CAVO®

To rename a case, click on the 3 vertical dots next to the case name and select Rename Case.

Enter the desired case name and click the green checkmark.

Confirm you have entered the new case name correctly, and select Yes.

Once the renaming process begins, the case will be inaccessible until the process completes.

Note: Renaming a case can take up to 2 minutes to complete.

Once the renaming process completes, the case will be accessible again.
