Regardless of the format of the itemized bill you upload, CAVO's IB Module standardizes it into the same organized columns every time. If your bill doesn't contain one or several of the columns listed in the IB Module, you may want to hide or remove the corresponding blank columns to better utilize the available space.
First, click on the Column Picker in the top right of the IB Module.
From there, you can uncheck any columns you don't want included. In this example, there no NDC codes on the bill, so I will hide the NDC column.
If at least one column is hidden, the Column Picker will be blue.
To restore a column, simply go back into the Column Filter and check the box next to the column(s) you want to restore.
