Managing Tags

Learn how to add, modify, or delete new and existing document tags.

Supervisors can add, edit, and remove document tags in the Tags modal. To access the Tags modal, click on your name in the top right and then select Tags.

This modal allows you to add, edit, and activate/deactivate tags that are used to organize document contents.

Creating Tags

To create a new tag, click + New Tag in the bottom left hand corner.

Fill out the abbreviation and name and then click Save Changes.

Modifying Tags

To modify an existing tag, select an existing tag from the list you wish to edit. Make the desired changes and click Save Changes.

Note: Certain reserved tags cannot be modified or deleted.

Toggling Active/Inactive

You can also toggle the Active/Inactive status on tags. Inactive tags will not be visible to users in the tags menu. Pages that have been previously tagged with a tag that is made Inactive will retain that tag.
