CAVO® allows users to "tag" or label sections of documents to be categorized and easily accessed later.

Tagging Pages and Documents

To tag a portion of a document, start by going into the document library and opening a document. Next, you will click on the tag icon to bring up the tags drop-down menu.

Scroll down to see the complete list of options or narrow down the possibilities by beginning to type the Tag that you wish to insert.

Select the appropriate Tag and then choose which pages you'd like to apply the Tag to. You can tag a single page, a range of pages, or an entire document.

Modifying and Removing Tags in Documents

To modify or remove a Tag in a document, click on the three dots next to the Tag that you wish to modify.

You will see Tag Actions allowing for you to Add or Remove the tag. If you select Add, you'll see options for tagging more pages with the selected Tag right from this menu.

If you select Remove, you'll see similar options to specify the pages from which to remove the Tag.

Note: You can also tag search results while searching within a case.
