To create a case in CAVO®, type in the Case ID you wish to create in the search box in the top menu bar. CAVO® requires a Case ID to have 2 identifiers separated by a "/" character. In the example below, we are creating a Case ID of test/user. Type the Case ID and then click Create Case. CAVO® will then open the new case.
