Layouts

CAVO allows users to position and size the Modules in a case into custom arrangements. We refer to these Module arrangements as Layouts. CAVO will retain a Layout as a user navigates from case to case. Users also have the ability to save Layouts to be called upon for the appropriate review type. For example, a user may want to save a view for performing medical record-based reviews and another view for performing itemized bill reviews.

Saving Layouts

To save a Layout, click on the Layouts icon in the top right corner of a CAVO case. Then click +Save Current. Give your Layout a name at the bottom and select Done. You’ll notice that your Layout will be listed under My Layouts on the left. Above My Layouts are the Layouts available to all users in your organization. Everyone has the ability to see and use these, but only you will be able to see and use Layouts you save to My Layouts.

Loading Existing Layouts

To load a new Layout, open the Layouts menu and select a Layout on the left. This could come from either the Layouts section in the top or the My Layouts section in the bottom. Selecting one will give you a diagram of how the modules will be displayed on the right. Once you have found the Layout you want, click the Apply Layout button in the bottom right.

Editing Layouts

To modify an existing Layout, open the Layouts menu and select a Layout on the left. At the bottom of the Layouts modal you’ll see a trash can icon to delete the Layout and a pencil icon to let you rename the title of Layout. Supervisors will see a button displaying two up-arrows. This is the option to Publish the layout to be available to all users in your organization.
