CAVO®'s Document Classification feature uses machine learning to tag or label pages of documents that are uploaded. If your instance has Document Classification enabled, you will notice tags being automatically applied during the initial processing stage.

Once the document has gone through processing, you can begin using the tags to navigate to each section through the search function or by using Classification View. You could also edit or remove any tags added by Classification.

Classification View

Access Classification View by clicking on Classifications at the top of the Library module.

Once inside Classification View, you will see all of the identified tags listed alphabetically with the corresponding documents and start pages for each section. Clicking Open on the right hand side will take you to that page.

Once a page is open, you can return back to Classification View by clicking Classification in the top left.

Once back in Classification View, you can also use Show All to perform a search for all pages containing that tag.

From there, you can view the results just as you would any library search. Clicking on a thumbnail of a page will open that page. Once a page is open, using the Prev and Next buttons will take you to the previous or next tagged page.

To return back to the search results, you can click on Results in the search path.

You could also return back to Classification View by clicking on Classification in the search path.
